2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

We accept payments via major credit cards and other available payment options listed at checkout.

Orders are processed once full payment is received. Custom orders require an additional deposit.

3. Custom Orders

Customization is available for select statues. Additional fees may apply.

Customers must provide detailed specifications for custom work.

Due to the nature of customization, all custom orders are final and non-refundable.

4. Product Variations & Artistic Uniqueness

Each statue is handcrafted, meaning no two pieces are identical. Natural variations, minor imperfections, and slight differences in texture or color are part of the artistic process.

Some collections, such as the Glitz and Glamour Collection, are considered collectible art and may appreciate in value.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer pick-up or shipping within Canada and the USA.

Statues are made-to-order, meaning processing and shipping times vary.

Large or heavy items may require local pickup or special shipping arrangements.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Any delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assessment.

Approved refunds or replacements are processed at our discretion.
