Size & Weight Disclaimer

Please note that all listed product dimensions include an additional 2 cm to accommodate packaging and shipping. Actual statue sizes may vary by plus or minus 2 cm from the listed dimensions due to packaging and the handcrafted nature of our products. This ensures your statue is safely packaged for transit.

Additionally, due to the natural variations in concrete, the final weight of each statue may differ slightly from the listed weight. These differences are a result of the handcrafted process and the unique composition of each piece.

Product Variation Disclaimer

Please note that some statues may be the mirror opposite of the images shown, as designs may vary based on the casting process. Additionally, colors may appear different due to variations in lighting, photography, and individual device screen settings. While we strive for accuracy, slight differences in shade, texture, and orientation are natural and do not affect the quality or craftsmanship of the product.

Local Pickup Policy

Certain statues may be available as local pickup only due to their unique shape or size. These products are not eligible for standard shipping and must be picked up locally.

• Custom Order Requirement: Statues requiring special handling, oversized dimensions, or intricate detailing may be made-to-order. Production timelines and availability will be confirmed upon request.
• Local Pickup Only: Select items are not available for shipping due to fragility, weight, or size. Customers must arrange for local pickup at our designated location.
• Special Requests: If you are interested in a custom order, please contact us directly to discuss specifications, pricing, and pickup arrangements. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee every custom request will be feasible.

By placing an order for a custom or local pickup item, you acknowledge and accept that these products are non-refundable and require direct coordination for pickup.

Custom Orders
If you would like a custom-made statue with specific details or materials, please fill out our custom order form [Here] and provide as much detail as possible, including your contact information in case we need clarification. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, though we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled or that the final product will match the exact specifications or as imagined.

A custom request upcharge will apply, and any additional materials required for your design will be invoiced as necessary. Please note that sourcing specific materials may add to the production time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a unique piece for you.

Production Time
All our concrete statues are handcrafted upon order. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, production times may vary based on the design complexity and current order volume. On average, production takes between 2 to 4 weeks. This ensures each piece is meticulously crafted with attention to detail and quality. While some statues may occasionally be in stock, allowing for faster shipping, customers should assume that each statue will be made from scratch. Rush production may be available for an additional fee; please contact us directly for availability.

Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping across Canada and the USA. Local pickup is also available from our Toronto, Ontario location by appointment only.

Shipping Costs
Concrete statues are inherently heavy, and shipping costs reflect the weight, size, and distance. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on these factors. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost for those needing faster delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once production is complete, delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production.
• Expedited Shipping in Canada: 2-5 business days after production.
• Standard International Shipping: 5-14 business days after production.
  NOTE- Shipments to the USA may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and taxes, depending on your state’s regulations. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Local Pickup (Toronto, ON): Available once the statue is completed. Pickup details will be provided upon order completion.

Packaging and Handling
Each statue is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Our team ensures that all items are securely packed with protective materials. However, due to the fragile nature of concrete statues, we advise handling them with care upon arrival.

Shipping Liability
Once an order is shipped, Uptown Concrete Statue is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will, however, provide tracking information and assist in communicating with the carrier if necessary.

Damaged or Lost Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the claim and, if valid, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Uptown Concrete Statue is not liable for lost packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and secure.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of our concrete statues, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured up to the full value of the statue. In case of loss or damage during transit, please notify us immediately to initiate an insurance claim. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the delivery date or expected delivery date for lost items.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped to the USA, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Uptown Concrete Statue is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Local Pickup Policy
Customers opting for local pickup in Toronto, Ontario, will receive a notification when their order is ready. Pickup must be scheduled within 7 business days of notification. Failure to pick up within this timeframe may result in storage fees or cancellation of the order without refund.

Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Uptown Concrete Statue is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees will apply for returned shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Changes to Shipping & Delivery Policy
Uptown Concrete Statue reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.

• Uptown Concrete Statue is not responsible for delays in production or shipping due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or labor shortages.
• We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations at our discretion.
• Expedited shipping options do not affect production time unless specifically arranged.
