Yes! Every statue is meticulously handcrafted, making each piece unique. Due to the artistic process, no two statues are exactly alike, and minor variations may occur.

🔽 Are your statues made of solid concrete?
Yes, our statues are crafted from high-quality solid concrete, ensuring durability and longevity. Some premium collections, like Glitz and Glamour, feature embedded gems and decorative elements.

🔽 Do the statues look exactly like the pictures?
While we strive for accuracy, some statues may be the mirror opposite of the images shown due to the casting process. Additionally, colors may appear different depending on lighting, photography, and your device’s screen settings.

🔽 Can I request a custom statue?
Yes! We accept custom statue requests, but due to the time-intensive process, upcharges may apply. Custom orders require a detailed request and may take additional time for production.

🔽 Do you offer gem-encrusted statues?
Yes! Our Glitz and Glamour collection features statues adorned with gems, mirrors, and unique finishes. These one-of-a-kind pieces are highly sought after and may even appreciate in value over time. If you would like a custom gem assembly or other materials like gold and silver added, you will  need to mail the materials to us or drop them off and we will add them to your piece. If we are entrusted to source the materials, you will need to pay for them before productions. We are happy to coordinate a masterpiece for you. Additional charges will apply. 2. Ordering & Payment

🔽 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options listed at checkout.

🔽 Do you require full payment before production?
Yes, full payment is required before we begin processing your order. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

🔽 Can I cancel my order?
Because our products are handcrafted, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

3. Shipping & Pickup

🔽 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the USA.

🔽 How long does shipping take?
Because our statues are made-to-order, processing times vary. If a statue is in stock, it may ship sooner, but assume statues will be crafted from scratch. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

🔽 Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Handcrafting statues takes time, and shipping carriers may experience delays. If your order is delayed, please check your email for tracking updates or contact us for assistance.

🔽 Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Some statues are only available for local pickup due to their size, weight, and fragility. If a product is pickup-only, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

🔽 Are shipping weights and dimensions exact?
No, due to the nature of concrete, the final weight of each statue may differ slightly from the listed weight. Dimensions may also vary by ±2 cm due to packaging and the handcrafted process.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

🔽 What if my statue arrives damaged?
If your statue arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the damage are required for assessment. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Care & Maintenance

🔽 Can the statues be placed outdoors?
Yes! Our concrete statues are weather-resistant and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, to prolong their lifespan, we recommend placing them in covered areas during extreme weather conditions. Concrete statues with no paint do better in harsh weather. Due to UV rays and other weather related conditions, paint may begin to fade after some time. Contact us if you would like to service, repaint and refurbish your statue after a few years. Charges will apply.

🔽 How do I clean my statue?
For natural concrete statues, use a soft brush and water. For painted or embellished statues, use a dry cloth or gentle duster. Avoid harsh chemicals.

🔽 Will the paint or finish fade over time?
While our statues are designed for durability, exposure to extreme weather may cause natural wear over time. To extend the life of painted or gem-adorned statues, consider sealing or protecting them from prolonged moisture.

Yes! If you’re a landscaping company, interior designer, or business ordering in bulk, contact us for special pricing.
