Returns and Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom-made nature of our concrete statues, all sales are final. Each statue is handcrafted upon order, making cancellations, returns, or exchanges unavailable once production has started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your statue arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed photographs of the damaged item and packaging. After review, if the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that minor imperfections, variations in texture, or slight color differences are inherent to handmade concrete statues and will not be considered defects.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made statues with specific design requests are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
- Statues that have been installed, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days via the original payment method. Refunds will cover the product cost only; shipping charges and any additional fees are non-refundable. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
In cases where a return is approved (such as for damaged items), the customer is responsible for securely packaging the statue to prevent further damage during transit. Uptown Concrete Statue will provide a prepaid shipping label, and the customer must ship the item within 7 business days of receiving the label. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the return process.
Warranty Disclaimer
All statues are sold “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Uptown Concrete Statue is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, weather conditions, or misuse of the product.
Natural Variations
As each statue is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, color, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the artistic process. These variations are not grounds for returns or refunds.
Custom Orders
Custom statues are crafted based on the specifications provided by the customer. While we strive to meet all requests, exact replication of images or designs cannot be guaranteed. Additional materials requested for custom orders will be invoiced separately and are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
Limitation of Liability
Uptown Concrete Statue’s liability is limited to the cost of the statue purchased. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Policy Changes
Uptown Concrete Statue reserves the right to modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
